Indicative. Final price depends on volume, species, log length, packing and shipping date, and is confirmed in a written offer. Prices to other delivery points (Antwerp, Denmark, the UK, your warehouse) are calculated on request. The price is subject to a direct contract with an Azerbaijani company. The price is for delivery to the port of Rotterdam and does not include import duties payable in the European Union or VAT, which are paid by the buyer (importer). The payment scheme is subject to discussion with the supplier.

One standard product, packed the same way every time. Birch in our standard crates is in stock now: about 15 containers available.

Firewood goes to Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Delivery
To Rotterdam, and on to your door
The standard price is for the port of Rotterdam. If you want us to take the cargo further, we calculate it for your destination and put it in the written offer.

Transport prices depend on destination, season and the carrier, so we quote them per request instead of publishing a rate card.

We agree terms, the delivery point and the payment scheme with the Azerbaijani supplier. A first order can be a trial shipment.
Shipment
We load at the Govsan customs port (customs-cleared export from the bonded warehouse), ship, and send the shipping documents and the phytosanitary certificate.

Questions buyers ask first
| How dry is the wood? | Technical kiln drying to below 20% moisture. On a freshly split face the meter normally reads 14% or lower. |

| How much fits in a container? | About 30 crates of about 600 kg each in a 40' HQ, roughly 18 tonnes net. |
| Can you pack in bags with our logo? | Yes, private label bags are possible. Tell us the bag size and quantity in your request. |
| Do the crates meet import rules? | The wooden packaging is heat-treated and marked to ISPM 15. The firewood itself ships with a phytosanitary certificate. |
| Do you supply the UK? | Yes. We ship via Rotterdam or Antwerp to UK ports and provide the documents for the UK plant health and timber due-diligence checks. |
| Which incoterms? | Delivered to the port of Rotterdam as standard. Ex works Baku and other delivery points on request. |
| Do you sell pellets? | Fuel pellets are planned, with ENplus certification. You can join the waiting list in the request form. |
Looking ahead: in 2027 we plan to offer fuel wood pellets as well. We are setting up the production and preparing its certification to European standards (EN ISO 17225-2 for wood pellets, ENplus quality certification).
